CT999 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to CT999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CT999 platform, available at ct999.world, including all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and any related services offered through this website ("the Platform").

CT999 is an online gaming platform designed for and operated primarily for the benefit of Pakistani players. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply using any part of the CT999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the CT999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CT999. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active CT999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CT999 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on CT999.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by way of a self-exclusion agreement with CT999 or any other platform where cross-exclusion applies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or operating an account.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Providing false registration details is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one CT999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering your CT999 account, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and date of birth. You are also required to set a secure password. CT999 recommends using a unique password that you do not use on any other platform.

CT999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) or NICOP
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

CT999 will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed the required verification steps. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. CT999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any suspicious activity on your CT999 account should be reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the CT999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CT999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on CT999 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. CT999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount on CT999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. CT999 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 15 minutes
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: within 2–6 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

CT999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if CT999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Any winnings arising from a deposit that is subsequently reversed or charged back will be voided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

CT999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that bonus only.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional terms, the following general rules apply to all CT999 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and any required verification.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, once per household, and once per device/IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first by default; bonus funds are applied once real-money balance reaches zero.
• All bonuses on CT999 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms — typically between 20× and 40× the bonus amount.
• CT999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if it has reason to believe the offer is being abused.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless CT999 explicitly states that they can be used simultaneously.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the CT999 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Gameplay Rules

CT999's live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, and all other titles on the Platform — are operated using physical equipment (cards, wheels) by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. All game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the system.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on CT999:

• It is your responsibility to ensure your internet connection is stable before placing bets. CT999 is not responsible for bets lost due to disconnection after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• If a technical fault causes a game to fail to complete correctly, CT999 will void all bets placed in that round and return stakes to players' balances.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the CT999 system log constitutes the definitive record. The dealer's ruling on live games is final subject to review by CT999 management.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and are displayed within each game interface before bets are placed. CT999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• CT999 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts on any game. Any player found doing so will have their account closed and all funds forfeited.

7. Sports & Esports Betting

CT999 offers sports betting and esports betting on a variety of markets including cricket, football, and esports titles including PUBG, Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Valorant. The following terms apply specifically to these betting products:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. CT999 does not guarantee odds for any period before bet confirmation.
• CT999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event in question has started unless the market is explicitly offered as in-play betting.
• For events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in the standard format, CT999 will apply void rules or settlement rules as stated in the specific market's terms. As a general rule, if an event does not complete within 24 hours of its scheduled start, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• CT999's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the formal disputes process set out in Section 14.
• CT999 may limit the maximum stake on any individual bet at its sole discretion, including for players who demonstrate consistently profitable betting patterns.
• Any bet placed on an event in which a CT999 employee or associate has a conflict of interest will be void.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the CT999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of balances as appropriate:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 18
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or any attempt to use CT999 for financial crime
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CT999 staff or other players
• Any action that CT999 reasonably believes constitutes fraud or an attempt to defraud the Platform

9. Responsible Gaming

CT999 takes its obligations around responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled activity. CT999 provides the following tools to every registered player, accessible directly from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. CT999 will notify you when your limit is approaching and end the session when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be locked out of the Platform for the remainder of the period.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have bet in your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Privacy & Data

• CT999 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
• CT999 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest. CT999 does not store full card numbers for Visa/Mastercard transactions.
• CT999 may share data with fraud prevention services, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where legally required or where necessary to protect the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

CT999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While CT999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available continuously and without errors, CT999 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times
• Any information on the Platform is completely accurate or up to date at all times
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components (though CT999 takes appropriate security measures)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT999's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your CT999 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CT999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

CT999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, your use of an unstable internet connection, or circumstances beyond CT999's reasonable control, including outages at third-party payment processors.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

CT999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold any balance pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request
• Provision of false registration details
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that makes it necessary

If your account is suspended pending investigation, CT999 will notify you by email within a reasonable time. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, CT999 may permanently close the account and retain any funds equivalent to the value of any advantage gained through the breach.

You may close your CT999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

13. Changes to These Terms

CT999 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or operational requirements. When CT999 makes material changes to these Terms, registered players will be notified via email to the address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated version of the Terms, you should stop using the Platform and close your account before the updated Terms come into effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

CT999 may make non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights — without prior notice.

If you wish to raise a formal dispute regarding the outcome of any game, a bet settlement, a transaction, or any other matter, you should first contact CT999 support with full details including your account username, the relevant transaction ID or game round reference, and a clear description of the issue. CT999 will review all formal disputes and provide a written decision.

If you are not satisfied with CT999's resolution of a dispute, you have the right to escalate the matter through the formal dispute channels applicable in your jurisdiction. CT999 will cooperate with any legitimate regulatory inquiry.
